As a socially and environmentally responsible employer, the PTB supports its staff in using local public transport by providing an employer contribution towards the Deutschland Ticket Job.
The subsidy amounts to €20.00 per month (as of 1 May 2023); for apprentices, it is €18.55.
To receive the tax-free allowance, order the Job-Abo from VRB or the VBB company ticket from S-Bahn Berlin and complete the PTB employer allowance application form. You can join the scheme on the 1st of any month.
