At PTB Braunschweig, an access control system with automatic number plate recognition is used for vehicle traffic.
You will need an access permit to drive onto the PTB site. The access permit will be issued to you by the security staff at the reception building. You will need to provide your vehicle registration number.
Any changes (new vehicle or new registration number, deregistration of a vehicle or cancellation of a registration number) must be reported to security immediately.
Security staff have the right to stop and check you (identity, authorisation to enter). This also applies to pedestrians and cyclists.
